Description
準備材料（本產品包含）
- 馬友魚約500克（已處理乾淨／已去鱗去內臟／已沖洗）
- 調味包: 豆豉、蒜茸、辣椒、薑（已剁碎）
法教程（15分鐘快煮概覽）
- 拆開包裝後，馬友魚上碟，鋪上我們給的調味包
- 水滾（約100°C）後，放入蒸爐蒸熟（約8分鐘左右)。
- 蒸完後，可以加入蔥段
貯存方法（新鮮提示）
- 我哋以新鮮為主：收到貨後請盡早食用，口感同鮮味最佳。
- 如需短暫存放：冷藏於冰箱（0–4°C）保存，並建議 2天內食用。
口味特色
豉汁蒸法香氣更突出：豆豉鹹香惹味，配薑絲去腥、蔥段增香，蒸出嚟魚肉細嫩帶鮮，食落鹹香夠味又唔油膩，簡單快手但好有「港式住家菜」風味。
