Description
備料（本產品包含）
- 黃立倉（約500克）（已處理乾淨／已去鱗去內臟／已沖洗）
- 調味包：豆豉、蒜茸、辣椒、薑（已剁碎）
煮法（15分鐘快煮概覽）
- 拆開包裝後，黃立倉上碟，均勻鋪上我哋提供嘅調味包。
- 水滾（約100°C）後，放入蒸爐蒸熟（約8分鐘左右）。
- 蒸完後，可按喜好加入蔥段／蔥花。
貯存方法（新鮮提示）
- 我哋以新鮮為主：收到貨後請盡早食用，口感同鮮味最佳。
- 如需短暫存放：冷藏於冰箱（0–4°C）保存，並建議 2天內食用。
口味特色
豉汁蒸法香氣更突出：豆豉鹹香惹味，配蒜茸同辣椒更惹味，薑蓉可減腥提鮮；蒸起上嚟魚肉細嫩帶鮮，鹹香夠味又唔油膩，簡單快手但好有「港式住家菜」風味。
