Description
煮法教程（家常快煮）
- 加約 800–1000ml 清水及薑片煲滾。
- 先加入絲瓜煮至轉軟（約 2–4分鐘）。
- 逐片加入肉片，煮至變色熟透即熄火。
- 自行調味即可上菜。
貯存方法（新鮮提示）
- 收到後建議盡早食用，越新鮮越爽甜。
- 冷藏（0–4°C）保存，建議 2天內食用；絲瓜切開後易出水，建議盡快煮。
口味特色
絲瓜清甜滑口、湯底鮮甜唔油；肉片快煮更嫩，簡單都好好飲。
