描述
煮法教程（極簡）
- 蒸魚：水滾後入鍋，大火蒸約 8分鐘左右
- 煮湯：加水約 800–1000ml 煲滾落薑 → 先落毛瓜 3–5分鐘 → 落肉片煮至變色即熄火 → 自備調味。
貯存方法（新鮮提示）
- 冷藏（0–4°C）保存，建議 2天內食用。
- 毛瓜偏清潤，越新鮮煮越甜。
口味特色
- 同樣豉汁咸香，但魚種口感唔同；配毛瓜湯清潤，整體走「清爽、少負擔」。
