描述
煮法教程
- 蒸魚：水滾後入鍋，大火蒸8分鐘。
- 蒸雞：水滾後入鍋，大火蒸12分鐘，之後冚蓋2分鐘。
- 煮湯：加水 800–1000ml 滾起落薑 → 毛瓜煮 3–5分鐘 → 落豬肉片變色即熄火 → 自備調味。
貯存方法（新鮮提示）
- 冷藏（0–4°C）保存，建議 2天內食用。
